Dr. Fushianes has been practicing medicine as a physician assistant for over 25 years.  He has served as a mobilized reservist during Operation Enduring Freedom, and was one of the architects for the Post-Deployment Health Reassessment Program (PDHRA) for the Department of Defense.  


He is board certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and possesses a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Emergency Medicine.  He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Detroit Mercy in Hospital Administration, as well as a Masters of Science from the University of Detroit Mercy as Physician Assistant.  He earned his Doctor of Medical Science (DMSc) from Lynchburg University in 2019.  He serves as the VP of Business Development for ERGSynergy.

Patricia Robertson
President and Chief Operating Officer


Patricia Robertson is President and CEO of ERGSynergy, an emerging provider of on-demand healthcare services and innovative consulting.  Patricia has been active in the communication, education and training industries for more than thirty years. Patricia earned her bachelor’s degree from Brown University and her master’s degree in Journalism from Northwestern University. She distinguished herself as a reporter, writer and communications manager at such prestigious organizations as Time-Life Books, Time Magazine and Home Box Office.


In 2003, desiring to make a greater impact, Patricia turned her attention and talents to improving the literacy and presentation skills of under served populations. She has since taught English composition classes at Manor Community College, tutored students in the SAT and resume preparation, delivered stress management workshops at local community centers, and introduced the flagship “Getting Back to Work” program at one of PA CareerLink’s one-stop career centers. She currently works as a Communications Consultant and as a Teaching Assistant offering academic and life skills support to autistic children. With ERGSynergy, she continues her mission to bring critical services to populations in need.

Stephen Robertson, MBA
Vice President of Business Operations


Stephen Robertson is VP of Business Operations for ERGSynergy. Stephen has been actively working in the finance, insurance, business development and management consulting industries for over thirty-five years. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brown University, an MBA from Howard University School of Business, and a Certificate in Strategic Human Resources Management from Cornell University.


Over his career, Stephen has worked as a commercial lender, business development specialist, management consultant and entrepreneur. He has worked for and with organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, helping secure financing, streamline operations, initiate process improvements, and promote workforce development. Those firms include Accenture, Verizon, The Nuclear Regulatory Commission, The University of Pennsylvania, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Independence Blue Cross Health Systems, and The Howard University Small Business Development Center. Stephen currently works as an insurance consultant, assisting businesses with employee benefits and best practices to protect their company and executive suite and workforce.

Debra Loving, MA-LPC
Owner, Pathways2 Counseling Centers


Debra Loving holds several titles to which include wife of 22 years, mother of 5,  A grandmother of 3 boys, a Minister, and Business Owner. Debra obtained her associates degree in Early Childhood Development from Wayne County Community College in 2006. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Psychology at Rochester University in December 2008. She obtained her master’s degree in Counseling in 2012 from Spring Arbor Christian University.


Debra opened Pathways2 PLLC Counseling Center in 2012, just two weeks after graduating with her master’s degree. During the last eight years of business, she and her team have accomplished opening 3 locations, obtained certification by the state of Michigan to provide substance abuse services, and achieved an astute accreditation with the Joint Commission. Her team currently is comprised of 3 doctors, 34 counselors, and 7 full time staff.


The Philosophy of Pathways2 PLLC Counseling Center is encompassed by a culture built on the values and beliefs of Debra Loving. The company also adopted an acronym, created by her spiritual father, Dr. Hugh D. Smith, which is S.E.R.V.E. (Selfless, Edify, Relational, Value, and Empower). Debra strives to show a hurting world and community compassion by providing excellent services, while at the same time not diminishing one’s pain nor negating their values and beliefs.


Pathways2 PLLC Counseling Center offers likeminded professionals a place of business that encourages learning, expansion of skills, and the sharing of natural gifts as providers of mental health and servants of the Lord. Debra and her team offer safety for individuals to tell their story, listen without judgment or opinion, and pave a path with guidance toward hope and healing.
Debra encourages others to banish the shame and move toward unconditional self-acceptance, vulnerability, and postive change. Carl Jung, a Swiss Psychiatrist and Psychoanalyst during the earlier part of the 1900’s once said, “Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams: Who looks inside awakes.”.
